ABOUT COMPUTER INSTRUCTOR

Basic Computer Instructor / बेसिक कम्प्यूटर अनुदेशक and Senior Computer Instructor / वरिष्ठ कम्प्यूटर अनुदेशक are recruited under Rajasthan Education (State and Subordinate) Service Rules - 2021 as amended and Rajasthan Scheduled Area Subordinate Ministerial and Class IV (Recruitment and Other Conditions of Service) Rules 2014 for Secondary Education Department.

माध्यमिक शिक्षा विभाग के लिए राजस्थान शिक्षा (राज्य एवं अधीनस्थ) सेवा नियम - 2021 यथा संशोधित तथा राजस्थान अनुसूचित क्षेत्र अधीनस्थ मंत्रालयिक एवं चतुर्थ श्रेणी (भर्ती एवं सेवा की अन्य शर्तें) नियम 2014 के अन्तगर्त बेसिक कम्प्यूटर अनुदेशक एवं वरिष्ठ कम्प्यूटर अनुदेशक की भर्ती की जाती है।

PAY SCALE

Senior Computer Instructor Pay Scale Pay Matrix Level-10 (Grade-Pay : 3600) and Basic Computer Instructor Pay Scale Pay Matrix Level-08 (Grade-Pay : 2800) Fixed. Monthly fixed Remuneration during the probation period will be payable as per the order of the State Government.

राज्य सरकार द्वारा देय सातवें वेतनमान के अनुसार वरिष्ठ कम्प्यूटर अनुदेशक का वेतनमान पे मैट्रिक्स लेवल -10 (ग्रेड-पे : 3600) एवं बेसिक कम्प्यूटर अनुदेशक का वेतनमान पे मैट्रिक्स लेवल -08 (ग्रेड-पे : 2800) निर्धारित है। परिवीक्षा काल में मासिक नियत पारिश्रमिक राज्य सरकार के आदेशानुसार देय होगा।

Other Conditions :
  1. A Probationary Trainee appointed to the service by Direct Recruitment shall be paid monthly Fixed Remuneration during the period of probation at such rates as may be fixed by the Government from time to time.
  2. All persons appointed to the service by direct recruitment shall be appointed for a period of probation of TWO YEARS. During this period, fixed remuneration will be payable at the rates prescribed by the State Government by not giving the pay series of the post and apart from this no other allowances like House Rent Allowance, Dearness Allowance, City Compensation Allowance, Special Pay etc. will be payable. During the period of probation, other facilities and leave etc. will be payable as per the amended provisions contained in the Rajasthan Service Rules. At the end of the period of probation, the minimum and other allowances of the pay series of the post will be payable as per rules and will be eligible for Permanent.
अन्य शर्तें :
  1. सीधी भर्ती द्वारा सेवा में नियुक्त परिवीक्षाधीन प्रशिक्षु (Traninee) को परिवीक्षा की अवधि के दौरान मासिक नियत पारिश्रमिक ऐसी दरों पर संदत्त किया जायेगा जो सरकार द्वारा समय-समय पर नियत की जावे।
  2. सीधी भर्ती द्वारा सेवा में नियुक्त सभी व्यक्तियों की नियुक्ति दो वर्ष की परिवीक्षा अवधि के लिए की जायेगी। इस अवधि के दौरान पद की वेतन श्रृंखला न देकर राज्य सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित दरों पर नियत परिश्रमिक (Fixed Remuneration) देय होगा एवं इसके अतिरिक्त अन्य कोई भत्ते यथा मकान किराया भत्ता, महंगाई भत्ता, शहरी क्षतिपूर्ति भत्ता, विशेष वेतन आदि देय नहीं होंगे। परिवीक्षा अवधि में अन्य सुविधायें एंव अवकाश आदि राजस्थान सेवा नियमों में निहित संशोधित प्रावधानों के अनुसार देय होगा। परिवीक्षा अवधि की समाप्ति पर पद की वेतन श्रृंखला का न्यूनतम एवं अन्य भत्ते नियमानुसार देय होंगे व स्थाईकरण का पात्र होगा।
Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should possess the following Basic OR Minimum qualifications (Till The Exam Date) to apply for Basic Computer Instructor (बेसिक कम्प्यूटर अनुदेशक ) and Senior Computer Instructor (वरिष्ठ कम्प्यूटर अनुदेशक) vacancies and take the process further.

For Senior Computer Instructor (वरिष्ठ कम्प्यूटर अनुदेशक के लिए):

  1. As Per Rajasthan Educational (State and Subordinate) Service (Amendment) Rules, 2021 in Schedule-II a new "Group D" namely "Computer Wing".
    Master in Engineering (M.E.) / Master in Technology (M.Tech.) in Computer Science (CS) / Information Technology (IT) / Electronics & Communications Engineering (ECE) / Electrical Engineering (EE) / Electrical Electronics Engineering (EEE) / Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering (ETE) / Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering (EIE)
    OR
    M.Sc. in Computer Science (CS) / Information Technology (IT)
    OR
    Master in Computer Application (MCA) / 'B' Level / 'C' Level
    OR
    Any Equivalent and Higher Qualification Recongnised by the Government
  2. Knowledge of Working in Hindi Written in Devanagari Script and Knowledge of Rajasthan's Culture.

In Senior Computer Instructor and Basic Computer Instructor Recruitment, such candidates can also apply who are going to appear in the FINAL YEAR of the educational qualification prescribed for the recruitment, but they have the prescribed educational qualification for this recruitment BEFORE THE EXAMINATION DATE of these posts. Must be earned before Otherwise the candidates who have acquired the educational qualification after the examination of these posts WILL NOT BE considered ELIGIBLE for this recruitment.

वरिष्ठ कम्प्यूटर अनुदेशक एवं बेसिक कम्प्यूटर अनुदेशक भर्ती में ऐसे अभ्यर्थी भी आवेदन कर सकते है जो उक्त भर्ती हेतु निर्धारित शैक्षणिक योग्यता के अंतिम वर्ष में सम्मिलित होने वाले है या सम्मिलित हो रहे है परन्तु उन्हें इस भर्ती के लिए निर्धारित शैक्षणिक योग्यता इन पदों की परीक्षा तिथि से पूर्व अर्जित करनी अनिवार्य होगी। अन्यथा इन पदों की परीक्षा के बाद शैक्षणिक योग्यता अर्जित करने वाले अभ्यर्थियों को इस भर्ती हेतु पात्र नहीं माना जायेगा।

Age / आयु

The applicant must have attained the minimum age of 18 Years and must not have attained the age of 40 Years. Relaxation in upper age limit in other special categories will be admissible as follows:

  • Relaxation of 5 Years will be given in case of Female candidates of General Category.
  • Relaxation of 5 Years will be given in case of Male candidates belonging to SC / ST / OBC/ SBC/ Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), who are Permanent Residents of Rajasthan.
  • Relaxation of 10 Years will be given in case of SC/ ST/ OBC/ SBC/ Economically Weaker Section (EWS) Female Candidates who are Permanent Residents of Rajasthan.

आवेदक न्यूनतम आयु 18 वर्ष प्राप्त कर चुका हो तथा 40 वर्ष का नहीं हुआ हो, उच्चतम आयु सीमा में अन्य विशेष श्रेणियों में छूट निम्न प्रकार देय होगी :

  • सामान्य वर्ग की महिला अभ्यर्थियों के मामले में 5 वर्ष की छूट दी जायेगी।
  • अनुसूचित जाति / अनुसूचित जनजाति / अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग / अति पिछड़ा वर्ग / आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग के पुरुष अभ्यर्थियों को जो राजस्थान के स्थाई निवासी है , के मामले में 5 वर्ष की छूट दी जायेगी।
  • अनुसूचित जाति / अनुसूचित जनजाति / अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग / अति पिछड़ा वर्ग / आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग की महिला अभ्यर्थियों को जो राजस्थान के स्थाई निवासी है , के मामले में 10 वर्ष की छूट दी जायेगी।

Physical Standard / स्वास्थ्य

Candidate must be physically and mentally fit and healthy for the post of Senior Computer Instructor and Basic Computer Instructor. Candidate must be free from any of the physical or mental disease that could harm his / her performance.

Candidates have to submit a copy of character certificate from the school or college which he / she has recently passed. Also, a certificate signed from two such persons assuring the character of the Candidate but that should not be signed more than 6 months before.

Computer Instructor Syllabus & Exam Pattern

Computer Instructor Exam Pattern

The examination shall carry 200 Marks. There will be TWO PAPERS. Paper-I shall be of 100 Marks (100 Questions / 02:00 Hours) and Paper-II shall be of 100 Marks (100 Questions / 02:00 Hours).

परीक्षा 200 अंकों की होगी। दो पेपर होंगे। पेपर-I 100 मार्क्स (100 प्रश्न / 02:00 घण्टे) का होगा और पेपर-II 100 मार्क्स (100 प्रश्न / 02:00 घण्टे) का होगा।

Negative Marking shall be applicable in the both the papers (Paper-I and Paper-II). For every WRONG ANSWER (Wrong answer shall mean an incorrect answer out of Multiple Choices given for a Question) ONE THIRD (1/3) of the marks prescribed for that particular question shall be deducted.

दोनों पेपर (पेपर- I और पेपर- II) में नेगेटिव मार्किंग लागू होगी। प्रत्येक गलत उत्तर के लिए (गलत उत्तर का अर्थ प्रश्न के लिए दिए गए कई विकल्पों में से गलत उत्तर होगा) उस विशेष प्रश्न के लिए निर्धारित अंकों में से एक तिहाई (1/3) अंक काटे जाएंगे।

Each question paper in the exam has minimum passing marks of 40%. Candidates scoring less than this marks will not be eligible for appointment.

परीक्षा में प्रत्येक प्रश्न पत्र न्यूनतम निर्धारित उत्तीर्णांक अंक 40 प्रतिशत है। इससे कम अंक प्राप्त करने वाले अभ्यर्थी नियुक्ति के लिए पात्र नहीं होंगे।
