Analyst-Cum-Programmer (ACP)

Note:

Candidates must have the desired experience after obtaining the educational qualification by the last date of receipt of online application form which should be prepared in the format attached with the advertisement and uploaded with the online application. If the candidate does not upload the required experience certificate acquired till the date of filling the online application form, he will not be given the certificate to appear in the examination.

अभ्यर्थियों को शैक्षणिक अर्हता प्राप्त करने के पश्चात वांछित अनुभव ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र प्राप्ति की अंतिम दिनांक तक प्राप्त होना आवश्यक है जिसे विज्ञापन के साथ संलग्न किए गए प्रारूप में तैयार कर ऑनलाइन आवेदन के साथ अपलोड कराएंगे। ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र भरने की तिथि तक अर्जित वांछित अनुभव प्रमाण पत्र, अभ्यर्थी द्वारा अपलोड नहीं करने पर परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होने के लिए पत्र नहीं होगा।

Candidate should apply online only if he/she possesses the required educational qualification (educational qualification, experience and age etc.). However, the Commission will provide an option to the candidate to withdraw the online application form till the allowed date of modification of the online application form.

अभ्यर्थी को वांछित शैक्षणिक अर्हता (शैक्षणिक योग्यता, अनुभव व आयु इत्यादि) होने पर ही ऑनलाइन आवेदन करना चाहिए तथापि आयोग द्वारा अभ्यर्थी को ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र की अनुमत संशोधन तिथि तक ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र को प्रत्याहारित (Withdrawal ) करने का विकल्प उपलब्ध होगा।

Applying on the basis of false and incorrect information and not withdrawing the application despite not being eligible is a punishable offence under Section 217 of the Indian Penal Code 2023. If such a candidate is disqualified during counseling/eligibility check/interview later, he/she will be debarred from the recruitment examinations for a period of one year.

असत्य एवं गलत सूचना के आधार पर आवेदन करना तथा अर्हता नहीं होने पर भी उसे प्रत्याहारित नहीं किया जाना भारतीय न्याय संहिता 2023 की धारा 217 के तहत दण्डनीय अपराध है। ऐसे अभ्यर्थी को कालांतर में काउंसलिंग /पात्रता जांच / साक्षात्कार के दौरान अपात्र किए जाने पर उन्हें आगामी एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिए भर्ती परीक्षाओं से विवर्जित (Debar) किया जाएगा।

Note:

Experience is required along with the above mentioned educational qualification for the said post, hence, the above mentioned provision will not be applicable for the last year of educational qualification and after obtaining the educational qualification, the desired experience must be obtained by the last date of receipt of application form. The candidate will be ineligible if the prescribed experience is not obtained by the last date of application form.

उक्त पद हेतु उपर्युक्त शैक्षणिक योग्यता के साथ अनुभव आवश्यक है, अतः शैक्षणिक योग्यता के अंतिम वर्ष में सम्मिलित होने वाला, उक्त प्रावधान लागू नहीं होगा तथा शैक्षणिक अर्हता प्राप्त करने के पश्चात वांछित अनुभव आवेदन पत्र प्राप्ति की अंतिम दिनांक तक प्राप्त होना आवश्यक है।आवेदन पत्र की अंतिम दिनांक तक निर्धारित अनुभव प्राप्त नहीं होने पर अभ्यर्थी अपात्र होगा।
